I wanted to find something really unique and special for my daughter who was turning 12 years old. She's at that tough "tween" stage. I choose one of the brightly colored kids blankets for her birthday gift. I explained to her that no matter what was going on in her world, she could always count on not only me, but her guardian angel. And that the blanket was a special wish from me to her that she always feel protected, comforted and safe. She recently spent several days at home in bed with the flu and when I left for work I asked her if she would be okay alone. She replied, "don't worry about me mom, I have my angel blanket to keep me warm!

We only get to see my Mom about twice a year now since she lives in another state, but we always want her to know that we are thinking about her. It is nice to have something to send her that is thoughtful and special, wrapping her with Kimbelina's Angels and our love...everyday. The poems are beautiful, too. A nice touch for a perfect gift for a perfect Mom...my Mom :)
Thank you, Kimbelina.com!

Do you have a best friend in the whole world who is there for you day or night? Who always seems to have the right words to say? Who isn't afraid to tell you how it is? Well - I have that person and she is extremely dear to my heart and I am honored and blessed to have her as a part of my life. I found this "Flurry Soft Blanket" with the Angel on it and immediately thought of her! Everytime she uses it she will think of the special friendship we share.

I am a recent college graduate, who like many others, have just begun my career. I moved away from the comfort of home, and I am still trying to adjust to being away from my family. There are days when I feel both exhausted and homesick, and I find myself searching for a familiar and comforting feeling. My guardian angel blanket has seemed to keep me close to those I love, and reminds me that I am never, ever alone.

I just wanted to share this poem with you that I wrote on my last birthday, October 1'st. I wrote it with the inspiration of how I imagined love to be if I ever found someone that was filled with kindness, love, tenderness, and soulful empathy.

"Whispers by Moonlight"
Waking up to this day that exists enveloped by radiant golden sunshine strands.
I thank Our Lord for the life he has created for me, for us, for everyone.
I thank him for those serene moments when we sleep, and are able to whisper to our hearts, and minds,
the names of all those we cherish, and love.
I also offer an acknowledgement of gratitude for those souls that have touched our hearts, and lives.
I thank God for the innate gift of being able to discern between right, and wrong, and being able to choose the path of light without hesitation.
What I will always thank Our Lord for the rest of my eternity though will be for that special gift that he bestowed upon me when he created my being.
That gift is that, forever after, when I gaze at a full moon at midnight.
Whenever I see two people in love's embrace, and kiss.
Whenever I am graced with the gift of touch, taste and sight of a fig tree's vibrant fruit, and flesh,
I will remember your heart.
I will remember your heart entwined with mine when that first soft Autumn evening breeze grazes my being.
I will miss your touch, your smile, your laughter, and the jasmine scent of your body, as that soft Autumn evening breeze again whispers your name to my dreams, Silently, Softly, Lovingly.
As the gentle whisper of your name cascades within my shattered countenance, that soft, silken breeze will leave my side to travel through the moonlit night, past the universe, past the azure firmament, and sparkling blanket of stars, to finally arrive in Heaven, and lay our hearts lovingly embracing, within God's loving hands, and dreams.

What a wonderful, environmentally friendly product to welcome my new grandchild into the world! I love the idea of using soy and bamboo in your fabrics to keep our world a better place and my granddaughter safe and warm.

My niece faces a second major surgery for scoliosis August 9th in NYC. She has a very rare chromosomal disorder called Trisome #9. She will have spinal rodding and repair done in an effort to save her life. Children with this disorder rarely survive birth or infancy. We have been blessed to have Anemarie for 15 years, due entirely to my sister and her husbands ability to cope and succeed in overcoming all adversities. They have taken on Doctors who misdiagnosed her, found she had no growth hormone and gave her shots so she would grow, started a support group and opened a agency to help other parents with special needs children. They have travelled to conferences, given seminars and made this journey with Anemarie for 15 years. I am sending this blanket to my sister in hopes that it will help her through this most difficult surgery. Anemarie cannot speak, but does sign some. It makes post operative care difficult. Anemaries lungs and heart are now compromised, and we pray that his surgery will help. It is unknown what course Anemaries life will take as no one has survived this long with this problem. We can only tell you that her mom and dad are her guardian angels. I knew when I found this web site that it was just the thing to give my sister comfort at a time when there is little else I can do. Thank you for the opportunity to be able to offer some support at this critical time
God Bless
Jeanne
