Ordering From Kimbelina
- Choose your product based on the occasion or the age of the recipient.
- Choose product colors and quantity.
- If desired, you may calculate the shipping on the product while on the product page.
- Select a poem from the Poem Browser or write your own (optional).
- Enter your shipping and payment information.
- Complete your order.
- Track your shipment 24 hours after placing your order by clicking on the "my account" link at the top of the page.
Track Your Order
Your order becomes available for online status-tracking immediately after it has been placed. To find out the status of your order, click the "my account" link at the top of the page and log in to your account using the email address and password that you signed up with. You will then be able to review your order history including shipping status on current orders.
Guarantee
Kimbelina's products are chosen by the Kimbelina family and we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason, you or your recipient are not completely satisfied, send the product to Kimbelina and we will gladly refund your account within 30 days of the purchase. Otherwise, we will be glad to exchange your gift for a product of equal value within 90 days of the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
