Your order becomes available for online status-tracking immediately after it has been placed. To find out the status of your order, click the "my account" link at the top of the page and log in to your account using the email address and password that you signed up with. You will then be able to review your order history including shipping status on current orders.
Kimbelina's products are chosen by the Kimbelina family and we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason, you or your recipient are not completely satisfied, send the product to Kimbelina and we will gladly refund your account within 30 days of the purchase. Otherwise, we will be glad to exchange your gift for a product of equal value within 90 days of the purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
