Q: How can I sign up for, or unsubscribe from, the Kimbelina newsletter?

To sign up for or unsubscribe from the Kimbelina newsletter, fill out the form in the footer of any page or click here. You may also may unsubscribe at any time by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any promotional Kimbelina newsletter you receive or typing in your email again in the newsletter signup form field in the footer of any page.

Q: What credit cards do you accept online?

We accept Visa, Discover, Master Card, and American Express. At this time, we do not accept payment by check for online orders.

Q: How do I redeem gift certificates online?

If you recieve a gift certificate, you may redeem it during the checkout process. When you arrive in the section that asks you for a method of payment, select "Gift Certificate or Coupon" and enter your code. Complete the rest of the check out as normal.

Q: Can I place an international order?

At this time we are unable to offer shipping rates online for orders internationally, but our Customer Service Team are happy to assist with your international ordering needs. Click here to contact us about ordering internationally.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

We make it easy to check the status of your online order as early as 24 hours after it is placed. Click here to check your order status.

Q: What are your shipping and handling charges?

The shipping and handling charges are calculated real-time using information from FedEx, UPS and the US Post Office. To check the approximate shipping for any product, just put in your zip code and click "Calcuate" in the "Estimate Shipping" field on any product page.

Q: What if I need to return or exchange a purchase?

Every product is chosen by our Kimbelina Family and is backed by our unconditional guarantee as long as your return it within 30 days of purchase: No excuses. No fine print. If your purchase does not meet your expectations within 30 days return it. We'll exchange it or refund your money promptly, whichever you prefer .

Q: When I submit credit card information online, is it secure?

Kimbelina has sophisticated encryption and authentication tools to protect the security of your credit card information, and we will do our best to protect its security on our systems. Specifically, every page in the Kimbelina ordering process that requests credit card information uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which is designed to render information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. However, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our Web site, and you do so at your own risk. Kimbelina does not store your credit card information.
