Returns and Exchanges

Kimbelina wants all our customers to be satisfied with our products. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item and we want to make this process as easy as possible. Kimbelina is happy to issue a full refund, or exchange within 30 days of the purchasing date. For purchases after 30 days and up to 90 days, we will gladly issue a credit or offer an exchange of equal value. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Returns are easy. You can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to tear off the top portion of the form and keep it for your records.

We are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as a return.

If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Kimbelina will provide a prepaid USPS return label.

Processing For Returns and Exchanges

We waive all shipping and processing fees for exchange orders. If you request a refund instead, we will refund using the original payment method. Please let us know if you would prefer a gift certificate in place of a refund.

Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible.

Please use an insured courier (FedEx,UPS,USPS) and retain your receipt. Kimbelina is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed. Depending on your credit card company, allow 1-2 billing cycles for a refund to appear on your billing statement. If we have your email address on file, a return confirmation email will be sent. We will process your return and follow your instructions. You may use the shipping carrier most convenient for you.

If you do not have your original invoice, please send a letter with your merchandise that includes the following information:

Address
Phone Number
Order Number
Item Description/Name
Reason for Return
Action to be taken upon return

Return your package to the address listed above.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional $5.00 shipping charges. This is the cost we incur from UPS and Fedex when a shipping address is entered incorrectly. Orders that shipped to the incorrect address and delivery is subsequently refused are also subject to actual shipping charges. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping cost. This shipping charge will apply even if you were not originally charged shipping under a free shipping promotion. Requests for packages to be shipped again will be subject to actual shipping charges. The purpose of this is to defray unnecessary shipping costs and to allow us to offer the lowest prices possible.
